FAQ’S

  • You do not need to purchase anything ahead of time for the templates unless specified in the template, or you want to purchase stock images for your website. Once you have built your template, you will need to purchase the following for it to work the way it was designed:

    • A Squarespace Campaigns subscription for email marketing.

    • A Squarespace website plan (if you subscribe Annually, you’ll get a 20% discount!)

  • Nope! The majority of my templates are designed to be minimal to no code at all. If there is code on a template, I walk you through the entire process step-by-step on how to edit the code to match your brand.

  • You’ll receive an email within 24-48 hours after purchasing the template that invites you to your new Squarespace website with the template already installed for you. All you have to do is customize it to fit your brand and purpose!

  • You can customize the website as little or as much as you want. It will come with preset fonts, colors, images, and layout but all of it is editable/customizable.

  • Yes! You’ll just need to buy an additional license for any additional websites. This is a one-use license.

  • I cannot offer returns on digital products. Please familiarize yourself with both the template demo and Squarespace before your purchase to make sure this template fits your needs.

  • You’ll receive 30 days of template support after delivery, via email, for any technical issues related to the template itself or customization. I don’t provide general Squarespace support or website strategy support. However, you can book Kat for installation! I also don’t provide support for custom code unless it is code that comes with the template.

  • At this time, I am only offering new site installs. If you have an existing website, you can build out your new site, point the domain to the new site, and then cancel hosting on your old site.

  • All of the templates are built on Squarespace Fluid Engine.

  • Yes, if I have availability! You can book me to install your customizations and content on your template.

  • These templates only work on Squarespace.
