Due to the digital nature of the product and the fact that templates have to be delivered manually, no refunds will be given. Please read the product page carefully before purchasing.

  • Unlike most digital products, Squarespace templates must be duplicated and delivered manually. Because they are so easy to rip off, they are also a magnet for fraudulent activity. For these reasons, I do not offer refunds.

  • No. Please remember to enter your discount code at the time of checkout. If you forget, no partial refund will be issued under any circumstances.

  • If you have not made any changes to the template and you email me within 48 hours of purchase, I will allow an even exchange.
