Each template purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-seat license to the template. If you need to install the template more than once, multiple templates must be purchased.

In short, 1 template purchase = 1 website only.

To clarify, each Squarespace template can be used for one website only. If you want to use the template for a different person, business, or website, you must purchase another license by purchasing the template again.

I understand that my templates may be used in various commercial projects, and I welcome the opportunity to collaborate with you. However, I ask that you respect my copyright and intellectual property.

You may not, in any circumstance, claim or promote my website template designs as your own work. If you are purchasing a Squarespace template for use in a client project or any project where you will be receiving compensation (e.g. money), you must place/retain a credit to Kat Collins Design templates with a live hyperlink to my website.

Proper credit can be given by adding a statement such as "Template/Design by Kat Collins Design" in the footer or on the website's credits page with a live hyperlink to my website.

If you have multiple creatives that you are giving credit to, you may move my live credit hyperlink from the footer to a Site Credits page, however, the Site Credits page must be linked to in the footer.

You may add your own name alongside my credit if you wish, as long as the hyperlink to the Kat Collins Design Templates website is maintained and it is clear that the original design is not being claimed.

I will install the demo template on a brand-new Squarespace 7.1 website and transfer it to your Squarespace account. You will receive an email invite to your brand-new Squarespace 7.1 site within 48 business hours of your order.

Sign up for a free trial of Squarespace. Do not purchase a paid plan or transfer your domain name. Purchase the template and enter the same email address you used to sign up for your Squarespace account at checkout. Follow the instructions in the Template Course to complete the installation with one click and start customizing your site.

At this time, I am only offering new site installs. If you have an existing website, you can build out your new site, point the domain to the new site, and then cancel hosting on your old site.

Nope! The majority of my templates are designed to be minimal to no code at all. If there is code on a template, I walk you through the entire process step-by-step on how to edit the code to match your brand.

You’ll receive an email within 48 hours after purchasing the template that invites you to your new Squarespace website with the template already installed for you. All you have to do is customize it to fit your brand and purpose!

Of course! Once the demo template has been installed, you can add as many pages to your site as you'd like, blogs, shops, portfolios and more!

Of course! Each template purchase entitles you to 30 days of template-related email support from the day you receive your template. You'll also have access to Squarespace’s award-winning customer support.

I don’t provide general Squarespace support or website strategy support. I also don’t provide support for custom code unless it is code that comes with the template.

All of my templates require the Squarespace business plan or higher.

You do not need to check your Squarespace version since I only transfer templates as a new website when purchased.

All of my templates are built for Squarespace 7.1 and use Fluid Engine, Squarespace's brand-new editing experience.

To check your Squarespace version, log into your site and click Help in the left panel.

Due to the digital nature of my products, I am unable to provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for any payments made after the template installation has been completed.

If you have not yet received your template installation, I may offer a partial refund but will subtract an installation fee for any work that has already been completed.

I strongly advise reviewing the template demos and features, requirements, and information prior to purchasing.
