How It Works

Purchase your template. You’ll receive a one-time use license. You’ll receive two emails containing further instructions.

Within 24-48 hours, you’ll be added as an admin on a copy of the demo site. Once you’ve accepted, ownership of the site will be transferred to you.

You’ll change out the demo content with your own images and text, making the template your own.

04.

When you’re ready to make your new site live, follow the guide to pay for a Squarespace plan (you’ll get a 20% discount on an annual plan for working with us!), connect your domain name, and hit publish!

You’ll Need:

  • A Squarespace hosting subscription for your new website (remember to wait and purchase this after you receive the template to save 20% off your first year).

  • Your own text and images (art images, headshot, etc.) to replace the demo content.

  • You do not need to purchase anything ahead of time for the templates unless specified in the template, or you want to purchase stock images for your website. Once you have built your template, you will need to purchase the following for it to work the way it was designed:

    • A Squarespace Campaigns subscription for email marketing.

    • A Squarespace website plan (if you subscribe Annually, you’ll get a 20% discount!)

  • Nope! The majority of our templates are designed to be minimal to no code at all. If there is code on a template, I walk you through the entire process step-by-step on how to edit the code to match your brand.

  • You’ll receive an email within 48 hours after purchasing the template that invites you to your new Squarespace website with the template already installed for you. All you have to do is customize it to fit your brand and purpose!

  • You can customize the website as little or as much as you want. It will come with preset fonts, colors, images, and layout but all of it is editable/customizable.

  • Yes! You will need to purchase a new license for every website you build using this design and you are required to retain the site credit page with a link to our website.

  • We cannot offer returns on digital products. Please familiarize yourself with both the template demo and Squarespace before your purchase to make sure this template fits your needs.

  • You’ll receive 30 days of template support after delivery, via email, for any technical issues related to the template itself or customization. We don’t provide general Squarespace support or website strategy support. We also don’t provide support for custom code unless it is code that comes with the template.

  • At this time, we are only offering new site installs. If you have an existing website, you can build out your new site, point the domain to the new site, and then cancel hosting on your old site.

  • Standard Installation is included in the price of the template. You will be added as an admin on a copy of the template demo. Once you accept, the template will appear as a new website in your Squarespace dashboard and ownership will be transferred to you.

    Sign up for a free trial of Squarespace. Do not purchase a paid plan or transfer your domain name. Purchase the template and enter the same email address you used to sign up for your Squarespace account at checkout. Follow the instructions in the Template Course to complete the installation with one click and start customizing your site.
